This effect is created by the camera aperture staying open for a longer amount of time. The result is the photo (in this case digital) is exposed where the LED light is. The effect of circular movement was created by hanging a LED light at the end of a chain. I shined the light on the door for a short amount of time to give the spheres the illusion of floating, by giving them a back ground.
